bbje Terms and Conditions

1.1 Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bbje platform and all of its associated services. bbje is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, sports betting, live casino and other digital entertainment services for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms form a legal agreement. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bbje follows internationally recognised identity verification procedures. Before processing a withdrawal, or in the case of any suspicious activity, we may request the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (proof of address)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, etc.)

Failure to provide documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3.1 Deposit Policy

The following rules apply to deposits on bbje:

When making a deposit, you must use your own payment account. Deposits through a third party are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met for withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on bbje are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any transaction made in a foreign currency will be automatically converted at the current exchange rate, and a conversion fee may apply.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bbje offers a special welcome bonus for new members. A 200% bonus on the first deposit is available, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• This bonus applies only once per new account.
• To withdraw the bonus, the total amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 15 times (wagering requirement 15x).
• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• There may be restrictions on the use of the bonus on certain games or bet types.

4.2 VIP Program and Cashback

bbje's VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, bbje reserves the right to cancel any bonus and close the account. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts from the same household or device.
• Placing strategic bets with the intent of circumventing bonus terms.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbje platform:

• Use of fraud, hacking or any kind of software exploit.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Money laundering or handling illegal funds.
• Attempting unauthorised access to bbje's systems.
• Accessing from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.

5.2 Game Security and Integrity

All games on bbje use software from providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and other reputable companies. The outcome of every game is determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures that results are completely fair and unbiased.

6.1 Data Protection
